棉针织物染整工艺流程中,炼漂是必不可少的工序.高压煮布锅是理想的煮炼设备.我厂生产的不锈钢煮布锅和碳钢煮布锅能有效地去除坯布上棉籽壳和纤维素的共生物以及织造过程中所沾的油污渍,使织物具有良好的外观和吸水性,有利于以后的漂、染、印、整加工。其中不锈钢煮布锅还可以进行漂白、水洗等加工艺操作，进一步去除棉纤维的残存杂质和天然色素，从而提高织物的白度和渗透性。
